Since opening Ginger in 2001 – having just arrived home from a stint in the UK where she could see that a cocktail revolution was imminent – Alex has played a major hand in shaping the way cocktails are done in Australia . Her ethos is about ensuring the customer is front and centre, while utilising fresh ingredients – and plenty of Jägermeister.
