Tim Adams opens up on “the Riesling of the decade”

Clare Valley’s Tim Adams makes wines. And he’s pretty good at it too. After all, he’s been at it for 50 years. And, just when we thought his craft couldn’t get any better… he creates a wine so transcendent that it’s being hailed as the best in the past 10 years. The 2016 Tim Adams Wines Riesling is so new it hasn’t even been reviewed yet, so we chat to Tim to find out what’s makes this year’s vintage so special.
